Our 2nd Annual Tonari Gumi & JCCA Golf Tournament will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Meadow Gardens. To register for this tournament, please download the registration form from our website, www.tonarigumi.ca, and send it to Tonari Gumi at 101-42 W8th Avenue, Vancouver, V5Y 1M7. You may send a cheque with your payment or pay on-line. In either case, whether or not you pay on-line or mail in your cheque, if you wish to receive a donation tax receipt, you must provide your name and address by filling out the registration form and either mailing, faxing or e-mailing the completed form to Tonari Gumi. Please note that the deadline for registrations is 5:00 pm on Monday, June 16, 2014.
