GO Taiko originated from free afterschool taiko classes at Admiral Seymour School in East Vancouver. They are only the second youth taiko group in BC and try to bring a fresh energetic approach to their drumming and love to share Japanese culture through taiko.    

Taiko 55 formed from Taiko Drumming classes at South Arm Community Centre in Richmond. They are very proud to represent the power of older adults through the power of taiko drums.  Together, GO Taiko and Taiko 55 are the only intergenerational taiko group in BC!
