Ohara is the musical project of Montreal’s Ohara Hale, a one-woman act featuring guitar, keys and drums. She sings spooky and visceral minimal synth/folk indie pop mixed with operatic tendencies blanketed by heavy and soulful vocals/ lyrics and cinematic arrangements akin to the likes of Kate Bush, Beach House, Joni Mitchell, and Anna Calvi.
