Carl worked in the same office as Powell Street Festival Society under DKAM. He brought to the office a wealth of experience about Vancouver’s festival scene, silly jokes, and a shared love of chips. We are grateful for his ready help to volunteer during the Powell Street Festival and any time we needed an extra hand. He is missed.
