Please join us at Minori (実り) Harvest in Oppenheimer Park for a hot meal of butternut squash miso soup, followed by a printing workshop! We are grateful for the support from Canada Council for the Arts, BC Arts Council, Oppenheimer Park & Carnegie Centre, VJLS-JH, WePress, Fujiya, Forstbauer Family Natural Food Farm, Athiana Acres, and the City of Vancouver.
About Minori (実り) Harvest
Minori (実り) Harvest is an annual event to celebrate the harvest season and honour the history of Japanese Canadian farmers in BC. We partner with local farmers to source fresh produce to cook and distribute a free miso butternut squash soup. There is also thematic cultural programming activities throughout the day in which we celebrate the delicious abundance of autumn with our DTES community.
