About
We are a husband and wife team, cooking food inspired by the many countryside cafés we stumbled across during our travels across Japan. We serve single origin espresso and premium matcha with healthy vegan/pescatarian sandwiches, ramen and bento (vegetable-focused cuisine with some local, wild fish options).
私たちは、日本各地を旅した時に偶然出会った数々の田舎のカフェからインスピレーションを得た料理を提供している夫婦チームです。シングルオリジンのエスプレッソやプレミアムな抹茶、それにヘルシーなヴィーガン／ペスカタリアンのサンドイッチ、ラーメン、そしてお弁当（野菜中心の料理に地元でとれた魚のオプションもあり）を提供しています。
