Thank you to everyone who came out to the 50th Annual Powell Street Festival! We were glad to welcome so many people to Oppenheimer Park and nearby venues for a weekend full of performances, food, art, and community connection.

This year’s festival featured over 80 programs, including taiko, live music, dance, sumo, martial arts, literary presentations, theatre, family projects, films and workshops. Cultural activities like tea ceremonies and mikoshi processions offered moments of both tradition and fun.

Thank you to all the artists, vendors, volunteers, and attendees who made this year’s festival a success. We look forward to celebrating our 51st anniversary with you next year!
