The Otowa Ryu Japanese Dance Group presents a vibrant selection of traditional Japanese folk dances, children’s dances, and shin buyo (contemporary Japanese dances). Since the early 1970s, members of the group have been dedicated to sharing the art of Japanese dance through performances at festivals, cultural demonstrations, and events throughout the Lower Mainland and across Canada. Their work celebrates the richness and beauty of Japanese culture through movement and tradition.
