The Sakura Singers will sing both nostalgic and children’s songs to evoke fond memories of Japan.

The Sakura Singers was formed 50 years ago founded by Mrs. Ruth Suzuki, and was inaugurated into a Society in 2006. We promote the enjoyment of Japanese songs and better understanding and appreciation by all Canadians pertaining to Japanese Canadian culture. We invite anyone who loves to sing Japanese songs to join us. The Sakura Singers holds its major concert biennially. 

さくらシンガーズは50年前にルース・スズキ夫人に創設され、2006年に団体として登録されました。日本の歌を広めたり、日系カナダ人の文化への理解を深めるための活動をしています。日本の歌がお好きな方はぜひご参加ください。さくらシンガーズは、2年に一度コンサートを開催しています。
